The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereafter referred to as T&Cs) apply to all orders of products and services placed on the Website (“the Products”) by any person (“the Customer”). Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs without reservation.
J.Linum Co reserves the right to amend the T&Cs at any time. The version applicable to each order is the one published on the Website at the time the order is placed.

www.jlinum.com is an e-commerce website owned and managed by J.Linum Co. It is accessible worldwide 24/7, subject to maintenance or technical interruptions. J.Linum Co is not liable for any temporary unavailability, bugs, or service interruptions, nor for any damages resulting from such downtime. 2 – TO PLACE AN ORDER
2.1 REGISTRATION
Customers can register and create an account before placing an order or as guest mode. Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of personal information. J.Linum Co is not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect information.
By registering, customers confirm they are over 18 years old and legally capable. J.Linum Co reserves the right to suspend or delete any account at its discretion.
2.2 PRODUCTS
Products shown on the Website are available while stocks last. Images are as accurate as possible, but slight differences in color or appearance due to screen settings are acknowledged and accepted by the customer.
If a product is out of stock, customers may request an email notification for restock updates.
2.3 ORDER CANCELLATION
J.Linum Co may cancel an order after confirmation in rare cases due to stock discrepancies or operational reasons. Customers will be informed and refunded for unavailable items.
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting: whisper@jlinum.com. If the order has shipped, the customer must refuse delivery and bear return costs. 3 – PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are listed in INR and USD (or as applicable geo location) and include GST or VAT for deliveries within applicable regions.
Non-INDIA/International Customers:
Prices exclude VAT. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. J.Linum Co may update pricing at any time.

4 – DELIVERY
We ship worldwide using reliable courier partners like BLUE DART or DHL. Free international shipping on orders over $100.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- 3–9 business days (Domestic)
- 4–9 business days (Europe/USA/Asia)
- 1–3 weeks (Remote regions)
Customers will receive tracking information via email once the order ships.
Ensure your address is complete (floor, building number, intercom code, etc.). J.Linum Co is not liable for delivery issues caused by incomplete addresses.
If a package arrives damaged, refuse delivery and notify support within 24 hours with unboxing video is mandatory.
If a customer does not receive their parcel despite tracking confirmation, they must contact us within 7 days.
5 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WITHDRAWAL
Returns and exchanges are free within 03 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Refunds (In form of Vouchers) or exchanges will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the return.
Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable; the amount will be credited for future use.
Made-to-order or customized items are not returnable.
6 – GUARANTEES
All products are covered under the applicable legal guarantees, including conformity and hidden defects.
If a defect is discovered, contact: whisper@jlinum.com with photos and order information within 24 hours after receiving product.
We will either:
- Replace the item (if available),
- Exchange for a different size/model,
- Or issue a full refund.
7 – RETENTION OF TITLE
Ownership of products transfers to the customer only after full payment. However, responsibility for the items passes upon delivery.
8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on www.jlinum.com (designs, logos, images, and text) is the intellectual property of J.Linum Co and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Any use or reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
